Our Group Headquarters

Although our nationwide branches are ‘self managed’ and take responsibility for all day-to-day tasks, all our administrational and executive matters are handled at our Group Headquarters in Verwood, Dorset. Many of our central processes are also based at Verwood, including initial call contact, claims management support and our Credit Hire and Authorised Hire businesses.

Our Verwood group headquarters also incorporates one of our strategically located vehicle branches, which services the local area. Verwood, which is just 7 miles north of Bournemouth/Poole via the A338, is served by the main artery route the A31. 

This links to the west via the M27/M3, the regions main motorway, to Southampton, Portsmouth, London, the South East, and the Midlands. The major towns of Weymouth, Dorchester and Yeovil are all easily accessible as is the South West of England and South Wales.

Further a field, and as part of our continued growth in identifying new opportunities, we are currently undertaking the initial ‘roll-out’ phase of new operations in Montpellier, France. This new project has been co-ordinated as a result of in-depth research and investigation into the European claims management support industry. This will further cement Car Crash Line Group's ambitions to be a European market leader, and hopefully see the group expand into other business arenas.
