Who are we?

The Car Crash Line Group (CCL Group UK) offers a range of insurance services in the vehicle hire and repair industry. These include hire services and data gathering for the insurance industry, complete claims management service for those involved in ‘non-fault’ accidents, and conventional contract hire and leasing services. In 1997 Car Crash Line Group founders, Will Snelgrove and Adrian Hayter, believed there was an opportunity for a business that simply tried to help people who had had accidents.

The business ethos was to provide first class customer service and to make CCL Group UK stand out from the crowd.

From a once small team in Verwood, Dorset, the business has rapidly become one of the UK’s biggest vehicle hire, insurance and claims management companies. *The group business now has an annual turnover of £50m and employs over 300 staff in 16 locations across the UK, and now includes a French service operation in Montpellier. 

Car Crash Line Group's analysis and projections indicate there are further opportunities to develop its existing activities, as well as expand into related fields throughout the motor and insurance industry.
