pda_picAs a complete solutions provider in accident management, we have at our disposal a group fleet of over 8000 modern vehicles from motorbikes to luxury high-performance models.

We are extremely proud in the fact that we are able to cater for a wide range of specialist needs, such as drivers under 21 or over 70, or those with special requirements.

However there is a whole lot more to Car Crash Line Group than just vehicle hire and accident claims management. As well as these we offer an array of sophisticated services to insurers, brokers and their clients.

 

 

1st Contact Call Centre

Our 1st Contact Call Centre is the hub of our business. The priority is to ensure that 'credit hire' or 'authorised hire' and/or repairs are authorised as swiftly as possible to minimise disruption and loss. As speed is essential to any efficient claims service, it is therefore crucial that new claims are reported as quickly as possible. Using the very latest technology and techniques we are able to process a high volume of cases per month for various insurer clients, and will typically receive over 1000 FlexxiLease requests per month*. We are also continuously developing our human resources procedures to ensure that all our staff development and training techniques are always at the very forefront of our industry.

1st Notification of Loss (FNOL)

As part of our bespoke product range we are able to offer the handling of your customers initial telephone call to report an incident, fire, theft or windscreen claim. Upon completing our claim form we can submit details directly to your client’s own insurer so a claim for losses can begin, or in the event that the notification is of a windscreen claim pass your customer directly on to your or their insurers approved supplier. By being the first point of contact we can also ensure that your customer is not exposed to any other accident management firm. This enables us to offer our range of services such as Credit Hire, not only to your own customer but also to third party drivers where liability is established to be against your policyholder. By being the first on the scene, be assured that Car Crash Line will deal with the claim against your own client’s insurer cost effectively and promptly while maintaining a high standard of customer service. As well as creating additional revenue stream possibilities for the referral source this offering can also be seen as an additional policy bonus to your policyholder and a strong way of promoting your insurance services.

Credit Hire

If involved in a ‘non-fault’ accident, Car Crash Line Group's Credit Hire divisions: Car Crash Line, Bike Crash Line and Van Crash Line are able to provide replacement vehicles for the duration that either your bike, car or van is off the road or in repair. Our three Brands are also able to fund the cost of repair and recover the charges from the responsible party's insurer. Even if your vehicle is subject to a 'total loss claim', or what is commonly expressed as, 'written off', Car Crash Line, Bike Crash Line and Van Crash Line can provide a replacement vehicle.

Credit Repair

Our three divisions Car, Bike & Van Crash Lines are also able to fund the cost of repair and recover the charges from the responsible party's insurer. We are able to appoint one of our Approved Repairers to estimate the damage to your client’s damaged vehicle and organise for an independent assessor to inspect their vehicle and agree repair costs. We can couple this quick and efficient way of returning your client’s vehicle back to the road with our Credit Hire service, ensuring that your client remains mobile while their own vehicle is off the road.

Authorised Hire

Whether an insurer, credit hire operator or fleet rental company, the Group's Authorised Hire division, CCL UK, is able to supply a wide range of vehicles to suite your requirements. Rental rates can be tailored to suite your own business requirements and we offer comprehensive monthly management information. Delivered by our own staff from our nationwide branches throughout the UK, CCL UK is strategically positioned so that vehicles can be delivered within 4 hours.

Intervention Services (3rd Party Claims Capture)

Through strategic research and dedicated learning, we fully understand the frustrations, distress and anxiety caused by road traffic accidents. It is because of this that the Group has developed its own claims handling expertise, thus providing excellent 3rd Party Claims Capture, which is offered to insurers, brokers and claim handling companies. By thoroughly implementing and tailoring the service to suite your requirements, we guarantee to reduce your 3rd Party claims expenditure, while controlling and monitoring every aspect of the claims process. You or your representatives receive a cheque, once a time settlement has been agreed. Car Crash Line is a member of the General Terms of Agreement (GTA) set out by the Association of British Insurers (ABI) and follows an Official Claim Conduct Mandate to ensure that both its clients and the insurers are treated fairly and accurately.

Uninsured Loss Recovery (ULR)

As part of our Credit Hire & Repair services, we naturally seek to recover our charges. If you are a referral source interested in using us we can offer the option of Uninsured Loss Recovery as part of the service offered to your client depending on your business model.

Data Transfer

At Car Crash Line Group we are able to receive instructions from our referral sources via a number of different methods. Historically many of our referral sources like to send their new notifications by fax or e-mail. However, having IT systems at the forefront of technology we are pleased to be able to offer our business partners the opportunity to directly transfer details of their client’s referral straight into our sophisticated SQL database. Coupled with our state of the art PDA technology used by our nationwide branch network, we can capture specific tailored information from your customers when delivering and collecting our replacement vehicle. This allows us to transfer documentation signed by the client upon delivery and collection of the replacement vehicle back to us. We are also able to scan and transfer any paper-based documentation via electronic mail.

Management Information (MI)

Using our comprehensive data bank, we are able to supply our referral sources with individually tailored reports, many of which can be generated automatically at given times by our database to be sent to whoever may require the requested information. As part of our account management process our referral source is provided with a breakdown of claims referred to Car Crash Line Group on a monthly basis, detailing the outcome of all referrals and any applicable payments due to you.

Bespoke Claims Management

The group prides itself on being different from others in what is a highly competitive market. Our divisions are fully intertwined and work closely together in bespoke claims management support. For example, we could offer an insurer a total management package for their policyholders and third party customers. We could handle the first notification call, placing policyholders into a suitable replacement vehicle and liasing with the insurer to see if repairs have been completed. Upon receiving a fault notification, we can offer our services on a ‘delegated authority’ basis as agents on behalf of our insurers. This authority typically empowers Car Crash Line Group to contact third parties under various 'pro-active claim capture schemes' and arrange for associated hire and repairs to vehicles through either our own or nominated repair networks.

Short & Long Term Vehicle Rental

Our short and long-term lease and rental service, Flexxilease, is our primary retail focussed operation. With over 7500 vehicles* strategically ocated around our 17 branches across the UK, we are always poised to offer our clients a fast and effective leasing service. FlexxiLease is unique in that it is one of the only leasing and contract hire companies in the UK that is able to provide such a comprehensive and diverse mix of vehicles. From motorcycles and luxury prestige vehicles to taxis and commercials, Flexxilease is able to offer them all to the retail and business sector, from 3 to 12 months.
