However like all major companies, a Board of Directors has been established to help drive the business forward and to bring cohesion to all the various facets of the organisation. Car Crash Line Group Key Personnel consists of:
Adrian Hayter, Company Chairman & Group Fleet Director As one of our key decision makers to originate from the local area, Adrian has enjoyed a coastal upbringing in and around the centres of Bournemouth and Poole. After completing his education, Adrian went on to successfully develop the local business sector working for both Vauxhall and Renault. Having spent a great deal of time in the motor industry our Fleet Director has gained an enviable business relationship with all of the major manufacturers, not to mention a unique understanding into how our industry operates. As a co-founder of Car Crash Line Group, Adrian has recently become the primary shareholder and Chairman. Jean-Marie Lauzier, Group Legal Director Born in Montpellier, France, Jean Marie started his working career with a 3 year apprenticeship at a deluxe hotel in his birth city. After moving to England in1970, he began a long-term management career in the hotel industry. Initially working as a Managing Director of a hotel company, Jean Marie’s career then saw him become a successful investor in hotel property and management. In 1991 an opportunity arose for a joint venture with a close friend to start Western Accident Management, one of the first Credit Hire companies to be established in the UK. The success of Credit Hire culminated in a merger with Car Crash Line Group in 1999 and since then Jean Marie has served as Director of Legal Affairs and Credit Hire. With his expansive knowledge and expertise in the Credit Hire industry, Jean Marie has recently taken responsibility for our new operations in France.Joanna Dawson, Group Chief Executive Officer Joanna Dawson spent 10 years working at British Telecom, having successfully managed a team in consultants for business customer accounts and also managing to complete a BA in Business Studies. Having joined the group in 1997, as one of the key decision makers for authorised hire, she went on to take full responsibility for HR and subsequently completed an MA in Human Resource Management and achieved membership of the CIPD, and now fronts the group as Group Chief Executive Officer. Austin Snelgrove, Group Operations Director After leaving University, Austin spent 2 years in Washington DC setting up and managing a brand new Tennis and Squash facility. He then returned from the US in 1999 to take up appointment with the Car Crash Line Group. Austin has subsequently held various management positions within the company before joining the board in 2006. He now uses his experience and in depth knowledge of the business, retaining responsibility for the group’s account management function, whilst ensuring operational efficiency to drive bottom line performance.
